Blogger blocked?

It appears as if blogspot.com URLs are blocked from China. This will make posting here difficult. But not impossible...

perhaps your expertise in the non-impossibility of accessing blogspot urls from China deserves dissemination via a course of its own while you are teaching over there. ;)

As I mentioned in an entry I just posted, I'm getting to blogger via a shell account in the US. I would imagine that there must be some service that coudl provide such an account free or cheaply.

However, this shell account would only give text access to blogger and wiki. This works just fine -- lynx and elinks are good text browsers -- but it does take some getting used to.
